〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、座標入力装置に係り、%KCRT(ブラウン
管)、LCD(液晶ディスプレイ)等の表示装置と併用
して画面上で文字、記号等の直接入力操作を行なうこと

で導通不良が起こり十分な信頼性が得られないことがあ
った。また、電極部が密閉構造とされているため、特殊
ガスによる電極表面の腐蝕箇所や付着したゴミ等を容易
に洗浄することができないため接触不良を起こすという
欠点があった。更に、この装置ではフィルムと電極部と
が上下貼合わせ構造であるため、温湿度環境変化によっ
