受波器を有し、これら各超音波送受波器を隔壁を
介して本体ケース内に併設してなる超音波センサ
装置において、 前記各超音波送受波器に対する両側壁と隔壁と
にそれぞれ吸音部材を装着するとともに、前記両
側壁部分以外の周囲の壁部分を削除し、 前記各超音波送受波器に超音波用ガイドホーン
を各々装備したことを特徴とする超音波センサ装
置。 (2) 前記隔壁の吸音部材を、発泡率の異なる弾
性発泡体を積層してなる吸音部材としたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の超
音波センサ装置。 (3) 前記超音波用ガイドホーンの開口寸法の設
定に際し、前記側壁に直交する方向の開口寸法を
比較的大きくするとともに、この側壁に平行な方
向の開口寸法を比較的小さくしたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の超音波セ
