Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent looseness and instability of component parts to be inserted into a water pan for an air conditioner and at the same time to provide an inexpensive water pan having an internal stress breakage or the like prevented by a method wherein some stays are divided into some sections and inserted into the water pan. CONSTITUTION:A water pan 9 of an air conditioner is provided with stays divided into three sections at both sides thereof. Central stays 8a2 and 8b2 are provided with screw holes for use in fixing an electrical box, fixing holes for use in fixing a suction bell mouth and a hanging fixing hole for use in fixing an ornamental panel for an air blowing port. To its resin material side is spot welded an adding plate 15 bent in an opposite direction so as to prevent the fixed component elements from being dropped. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent looseness and instability of stays or the like and bosses caused by a variation in temperature. Further, it is also possible to prevent a crack caused by an internal stress breakage generated under a presence of inserted material or the like. Because of a substantial reduction of preparation time for performing a molding operation, the price of the device can be reduced.

FIG. 3 shows the internal structure of a conventional ceiling-embedded air conditioner (V'), excluding the decorative panel section. A centrifugal fan 1 is provided in the center, and a motor 2 for rotating and positioning the fan 1 is fixed to an outer core 3, and a heat exchanger 4 is arranged on the circumferential outer periphery of the fan 10 so as to be heavily attached to the outer core. In addition to receiving and stopping the condensed water generated by the heat exchanger 4Vr during cooling operation, it also provides directionality to the blowing air. Multi-purpose resin foam type water tray 9 with stay 8 for fixing etc.
The outer core 3VC is fixed with a fixing screw 10.

FIG. 5 shows the shape of the stay 8 shown in FIG. 4. Stays 8a + 8b are inserted at both ends of the water receiver 9, and the stays have holes 11 for fixing the water receiver 9 to the outer core, and holes for hooking the electrical box 6 on one side and fixing it on the other. It has a hole 12, a hole 14 for fixing a hook 7 used when attaching the panel, and a hole 13 for fixing a suction bell mouth 5. Also,
The center part of the stay 8 is bent in an L shape so as to have the strength to securely hold the external parts, and is made into a flat plate so as not to obstruct the flow of the foamed resin material during insert molding. however,
No consideration was given to expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the stay.

The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the stays and bosses inserted in the water receiver from loosening and shaking due to temperature changes specific to air conditioners, and to prevent cracks due to internal stress fracture due to the difference in linear resin coefficient between the stays and foamed resin. The purpose is to provide a water receptacle that prevents water leakage at a low price.

If the stay is disposed perpendicular to the flow of material inside the foam water receiver, the flow of material will be disturbed during molding, resulting in a decrease in the tensile strength of the material. Furthermore, internal stress on the material side caused by temperature changes increases when the material is disposed in a direction that restricts changes in the streamline direction of the material. Furthermore, the longer the length of the stay, the greater the change in length on the resin side for the same temperature change, and in the case of inserts with stays, the internal stress due to this change in length becomes greater as the length becomes longer. On the other hand, if a screw hole is required to install a suction pel mouth as a guide for an electrical box or blower in the middle of the length of the stay, the stay should be left at both ends [7 screw holes] as expected from the conventional technology. It is considered best to provide a dedicated boss for this purpose. In this case, a large amount of setup time is required during actual molding, and when a plurality of mounting screw holes are provided, the cost increases particularly.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. The water receptacle 9 has a three-divided stem arranged on each side. The central stays 12 and 22 of the divided stays are equipped with screw holes for fixing the electrical box, mounting holes for fixing the suction pel mouth, and metal fitting holes for hooks when installing the decorative panel for the air outlet. be. Further, on the resin material side of the central stay, a lever 15 bent in opposite directions is in contact with spot g. In addition, these stays are provided in the flow direction of the resin material during molding, including the bending direction of the stay.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the stays and bosses inserted for multiple purposes into the water receiver from becoming loose and loose due to temperature changes specific to air conditioners, and to prevent internal stress fractures caused by VC caused by the presence of inserts. Not only can cracking be prevented, but the setup time during molding can be significantly shortened, resulting in low cost.
