正面図、第２図はその断面図、第３図は従来の装
置の側面一部断面図である。 図中１０はパイプ突合せ治具、１１はパイプ支
持枠、１２は可動枠、１３はパイプ挾着金物、１
４はピン、１５は油圧シリンダ、１６はそのプラ
ンジヤ、１７は可動枠の端面である。
正面図、第２図はその断面図、第３図は従来の装
置の側面一部断面図である。 図中１０はパイプ突合せ治具、１１はパイプ支
持枠、１２は可動枠、１３はパイプ挾着金物、１
４はピン、１５は油圧シリンダ、１６はそのプラ
ンジヤ、１７は可動枠の端面である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パイプの突合せ溶接において、その突合せ治具
を、 半円形に成形され、パイプ接着面に複数個の仮
付け用スリツトを備えたパイプ支持枠と； 該パイプ支持枠の両端にピンで回転自在に軸着
し、一端にパイプ挾着金物を固着した可動枠と； 上記パイプ支持枠の背面に固着された油圧シリ
ンダと； よりなり、上記シリンダのプランジヤを上記可動
枠のパイプ挾着金物を固着した側と反対側の端面
を押圧することにより、上記パイプ支持枠と可動
枠により挾持されたパイプの溶接すべき端面を、
強く挾着するように構成したことを特徴とするパ
イプの突合せ治具。
