Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端部を閉塞したセラミツク管の内外表面
に電極を夫々形成し、該セラミツク管の先端部外
表面に反応促進用の第１触媒層と該第１触媒層を
覆う第１触媒保護層とを形成すると共に、前記第
１触媒保護層の外表面に鉛吸着用の第２触媒層と
該第２触媒層を覆う第２触媒保護層とを形成して
なり、前記両電極間に発生する起電力により被検
出気体の酸素濃度を検出する酸素センサにおいて
、前記第２触媒保護層形成材料と同種の材料から
なり、前記第２触媒層と第２触媒保護層との２重
層の形成時に該２重層と共に第１触媒保護層の外
表面に付着されて２重層中に介在される複数のボ
ール体を設けたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。 (2) 第２触媒保護層とボール体が夫々γ―アル
ミナからなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の酸素センサ。
