うに希望時刻以前に燃焼を開始する時刻と希望時
刻との差時間を求める計算回路１３ａと、該差時
間を希望時刻より差引いた時刻に燃焼を開始する
燃焼回路１３ｂをマイコン１３に設けた事を特徴
