を設け、断面近似門形の安全キヤツプ３を該鉤部
開閉キヤツプ２の内側に配してその一端部を軸４
で枢着し、他端部の内側壁片３１，３１又はフツ
ク本体１に近似Ｌ字状の軸摺動鉤孔７とそれに対
応する相手方にロツク軸孔８を設けて該両孔７，
８にロツク軸６を貫通して設け、該ロツク軸６が
軸摺動鉤孔７の一端に位置している時は鉤部開閉
キヤツプ２の回動をロツクし、中央部の角部に位
置した時は回動可能にして鉤部を開閉する構造を
