Claims (1)
- ロータリーアクチユエータ２の出力軸５の下端
にストツパつめ１０を固着する一方、ストツパシ
ヤフト１１に回動自在にストツパプレート１２を
取付け、そのストツパプレート１２に当たり棒１
３ａ，１３ｂを突設するとともに、シリンダ１６
によつてストツパプレート１２上に突出可能なピ
ン１５を装着し、さらにフレーム１に設けたスト
ツパ止め８ａ，８ｂに当接してストツパプレート
１２の回転を停止させるストツパ１４ａ，１４ｂ
を固着したことを特徴とするロータリーアクチユ
エータの多点位置決め機構。
