動作したときの各部電圧状態の一例を示すタイム
チヤートである。 １……交流発電機、２……整流ブリツジ回路（
サイリスタブリツジ回路）、３……インバータ、
４……整流回路、５……定電圧回路、６……発振
回路、７……インバータ制御回路、８……定電圧
制御回路。
用いたエンジン発電機の出力系統の回路構成を示

Claims (1)
- 直流電源ライン間に接続された上，下段一対の
半導体スイツチング素子を交互にオン，オフさせ
ることによつてインバータ動作を行なうブリツジ
形インバータにおいて、下段の半導体スイツチン
グ素子のオン時に上段の半導体スイツチング素子
を逆バイアスさせる回路手段を設けたことを特徴
とするインバータ。
