当該上端に回動支点を有する調節板を選別筒体の回転方
向に回動調節自在に設け、該調節板の回動支点を、当該
調節板の上端と選別筒体内面との間の間隔が調節板の上
向き回動につれて次第に増大するような位置に設定した
