【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電極箔間にセパレータを介在さて巻回
して素子を構成してなる電解コンデンサに関する
もので、詳しくはシヨート不良を低減させること

一般に、アルミ電解コンデンサなどの電解コン
デンサは、アルミニウムよりなる電極箔間にセパ
レータを介在させて巻回することによりコンデン
サ素子を構成し、このコンデンサ素子に電解液を
含浸させてアルミニウムよりなるケース内に収納
し、そのケースの開口部を封口体を用いて封口す
ることにより構成されている。また、この電解コ
ンデンサにおいては、電極箔からのリードの引出
しが第1図に示すようにその電極箔1にアルミニ
ウム棒2aとCP線2bとを突合せて接合した引
出しリード2のアルミニウムの偏平部2cをめ
