Claims (1)
- 変圧器の一次側に直流を高周波交流に変換する
インバータ回路を有し、変圧器の二次側に整流ダ
イオードを有するインバータ制御電源において、
上記二次側整流ダイオードをターンオフ時のサー
ジ電圧から保護するスナバ回路を、サージ電圧に
より導通するダイオードとこのダイオードを通し
て充電されるサージ吸収用コンデンサと放電抵抗
とからなる有方向性の回路とし、このスナバ回路
を変圧器二次端子電圧の両波方向に対して有効な
ように対にして、上記二次側整流ダイオードの変
圧器側端子間または上記二次側整流ダイオードの
アノード・カソード両端子間に接続したことを特
徴とするインバータ制御電源のダイオード保護装
置。
