【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主としてトピードカー内の溶銑上に浮
上している溶融スラグの排出装置に関するもので
ある。

第1図に示す様に、トピードカー1′をある程度
傾転させた状態で溶銑2′上に浮遊している溶融
スラグ3′を、先端に木片あるいは耐火物片製掻
板4′が取付けられた掻出具5′を機械的手段によ
り往復動せしめて溶融スラグを掻出しているのが
現状である。しかるに第1図に示す如き手段によ
る場合には、トピードカーの開口部が小さい為に
掻板の幅を広くする事が出来ない事、掻板をトピ
ードカー内の隅部まで至らしめるのが困難な事等
の為にスラグの排出に多くの時間を要し、しかも
その排出は十分にはなし得ないという欠点があつ
た。

ぞれの先端に各々第2連結杆を、上記2本の連結
杆と該2本の第2連結杆とが4本のリンクより成
るリンク機構を形成すべくピン結合し、第2連結
杆先端同士のピン結合部を上記フレーム先端に枢
着せしめ、かつ上記主ロツド先端にはその先端に
掻板が連設された中央掻出棒を、又2本の第2連
結杆のそれぞれの先端には同じく先端に掻板が連
設された側部掻出棒を連設したことを特徴とした
スラグ排出装置である。

らしめている。又主ロツド7はフレーム3の下側
に同フレームに沿つて吊下される如く支持され、
該主ロツドはその基端に配設された主ロツド進退
用シリンダー8により往復動自在とされている。
主ロツド7の先端には連結杆9,9がピン結合さ
れ、その各々の連結杆に第2連結杆10,10が
ピン結合され該2本の第2連結杆はその先端が共
に上記フレーム3の先端部に枢着され、連結杆
9,9と第2連結杆10,10が4本のリンクよ
り成るリンク機構を形成する様に構成されており
第2連結杆10,10同士のピン結合部のみ固定
枢軸11でフレーム3先端部に枢着されている他
は、同リンク機構の他の3個のピン結合部は移動
自在となつている。

カー16をある程度傾転させた状態でその出銑口

3図で右方へ引いた状態即ちリンク機構を構成す
る連結杆9,9と第2連結杆10,10とが引伸
ばされ一直線状となりリンク機構が閉じた状態と
しておくと側部掻出棒14,14は中央掻出棒1
2の両側に寄つた状態となるので狭い出銑口から
でも容易に挿入出来る。次いでフレーム傾動用シ
リンダー6によりフレーム3の傾動度合を調整し
ながら走行台車1を前後動させると共に主ロツド
進退用シリンダー8により主ロツド7を往復動さ
せれば、中央掻出棒12と側部掻出棒14,14
はトピードカー16内面を残す所なく動き溶融ス
ラグbを掻出す事が出来る。即ち主ロツド進退用
シリンダー8を作動させ主ロツド7を往復動させ
れば主ロツド7先端に連設されているリンク機構
が開閉動し、側部掻出棒14,14は固定枢軸1
1を支点として開閉動を行なうからそれと共に走
行台車1で装置全体をトピードカー1に近づけた
り遠ざけたりさせればトピードカー1内全面に掻
板を行き渡らせる事が出来るものである。

動せしめる事で側部掻出棒を大きく開閉出来、か
つ可動台車により装置全体を移動せしめる事も出
来るので広い範囲に渡つてのスラグ掻出しが容易
に行ない得るという効果がある。
