本考案は、空気調和機の吹出口に係り、詳しく
は吹出口に設けるシール材の取付構造を改良し、
シール材の取付を容易にするとともにグリル羽根
も所定角度に保持し得る如くした空気調和機の吹

溝内に突出させて遊動状態に支持し、前記溝内に
溝巾より大の巾のシール材を圧入してシール材を
溝内に固定するとともに前記軸先端を押圧し該軸
の遊動状態を阻止してグリル羽根を所定角度に回
動自在に保持し得る如くした空気調和機であつ
て、これによりシール材の取付は溝内に圧入する
だけで溝内に固定され、しかもシール材の圧入で
グリル羽根軸の遊動状態を阻止して所定角度に自
在に保持できるようになつたことを特徴とするも

空調機器キツト、17は空気吸込口10及び空気
吹出口1を備えた前面パネルであり、空調機器キ
ツト12は外筐11内に出入自在になつており、
以下の如く構成される。13は底フレームで底フ
レーム13上に圧縮機14、室内、外熱交換器ユ
ニツト16,15など所要機器が載置され、所要
機器類が一体化されている。つぎに、第1図、第
2図に基づき吹出口1部分を詳述すると、2は前
記前面パネル17の前板、3,4は吹出口1の周
囲内面に前記前板2と直角方向に設けられたそれ
ぞれ内枠、外枠であり、前記前板2と内枠3、外
枠4とにより断面コ字状の溝5を形成しており、
6は吹出口1に設けたグリル羽根、7はグリル羽
根軸であり、グリル羽根6は、左右内枠3,3
に、前記軸7,7の両先端8,8を溝5内に突出
させ、左右内枠3,3のバカ孔により遊動状態に
支持されている。9はシール材であつて前記溝5
の内、外枠3,4の巾よりも大きな巾を有し、該
溝5内に圧縮して挿入されており、このシール材
9の溝5への圧入により、シール材9は溝5内に
接着剤などを用いることなく固定され、また、シ
ール材9の圧入により溝5内に突出したグリル羽
根6の軸7,7の先端8,8を押圧して前記軸
7,7の遊動状態を阻止するが、シール材9の弾
性によりグリル羽根6の軸7,7を固定するもの
ではなく、グリル羽根6を所定角度に回動自在に
保持するようになつている。なお、第2図におけ
る二点鎖線の部分は、前記空調機器キツト12の
前面の室内側熱交換器ユニツト16に設けた吹出
口1、吸込口10を形成する部材であつて、空調
機器キツト12に前面パネル17を組付時前記部
材が外板を形成するとともにシール材9を後方か

9の溝5内の圧入により、前記軸先端8,8を押
圧し前記軸7,7の遊動状態を阻止しグリル羽根
6を所定角度の位置に回動自在に保持し得る如く
したので、グリル羽根6は従来の如くスプリング
など他部材を用いることなくシール材9の圧入抵
抗により所定角度位置に自在に回動でき、その位

くスプリングなど他部材が不要となり、結局全体
として構造簡単、作業容易となつて廉価で済む効
