(Prior Art) In an air conditioner, in order to blow air for cooling and heating into a room from a blower duct, conventionally, inside a blower box connected to the blower duct via a ventilation tube,
A plurality of conical or pyramidal guide tubes that gradually widened toward the room were installed to ensure that airflow was distributed as evenly as possible throughout the room.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional method, the blowing direction and angle are determined in advance by the guide tube, so for example,
If you want to change the airflow blown out in all directions to two specific directions or change the diffusion range of the airflow, you must replace the guide tube, and if you want to change the amount of airflow, you must replace the guide tube or change the airflow. It was extremely troublesome to adjust the amount of air blown from the duct.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention relates to an air blowing device that can easily adjust the direction, diffusion range, or blowout amount of the blowing air current, has a simple configuration, and is lightweight. A larger-sized blow-off box 1 is connected to the continuous ventilation cylinder 2, and the central part of the blow-off opening surface of the blow-off box 1 facing the ventilation cylinder 2 is made into a rectangular non-porous blocking part 4. A diffuser plate 3 having an air permeable part 5 with a large number of ventilation holes is provided around it,
Further, the lower end of a baffle plate 8 which can be rotated by 180° in the inward and outward directions is pivotally attached to the side portion of the closing portion 4.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a rectangular air blowing box that opens toward the room, similar to a conventional air blowing device, and 2 is smaller than the air blowing box 1 and is connected to the top wall of the air blowing box 1. This is a ventilation tube that communicates with the ventilation duct (not shown).

The diffuser plate 3 has a rectangular non-porous closed part 4 in the required central area facing the ventilation tube 2, and has an air permeable part 5 with a large number of ventilation holes around the closed part 4. It is appropriately attached to the opening of the ceiling plate 7 by a mounting flange portion 6 .

Each side of the blocking part 4 is provided with a shape that surrounds the blocking part 4, has a height of approximately 1/2 of the dimension between the side of the blocking part 4 and the outer side of the diffusion plate 3, and a width of the blocking part 4. The lower end of the baffle plate 8, which is approximately half the length of the side, is hinged with a pivot 8a, and the baffle plate 8 can be rotated 180 degrees in and out with considerable frictional resistance. It's becoming like that.

Therefore, each baffle plate 8 can be fixed at any angle against the passing airflow, and FIGS. 1 and 2 show that each baffle plate 8 is It is shown standing upright.

In the device of the present invention in the above-mentioned state, as shown by the arrow in FIG.
The high-velocity airflow that went straight through the central part of the ventilation cylinder 2 and descended, collided with the blockage part 4 and reversed its direction outward, and then became the slow-flowing airflow that descended around the peripheral part of the ventilation cylinder 2. At the same time, the air passes through the air permeable part 5 and is blown out into the room while being diffused downward and obliquely outward and downward.

As shown in FIG. 3, if each baffle plate 8 is rotated inward and stacked on the blockage 4, the state will be the same as if there were no baffle plate 8, and the central part of the ventilation tube 2 would be The high-velocity airflow that has traveled straight collides with the blockage part 4, changes its direction outward horizontally and spreads in all directions, and together with the low-velocity airflow that has passed through the periphery of the vent pipe 2,
It passes through the air permeable part 5 and is blown into the room while being diffused in all directions along the lower surface of the ceiling plate 7.

As shown in FIG. 4, when each baffle plate 8 is rotated outward to the horizontal position and stacked on the air permeable portion 5 of the diffuser plate 3, the direction of the airflow is approximately the same as that shown in FIG. However, since a considerable number of ventilation holes are blocked by the baffle plate 8, the amount of air blown into the room is considerably reduced.

As shown in FIG. 5, when each baffle plate 8 is tilted upward and inward, most of the air blown from the ventilation tube 2 is guided by each baffle plate 8 and is directed outward and downward. It is blown out into the room while spreading towards.

Conversely, if each baffle plate 8 is tilted outward and upward as shown in FIG. 6, the direction of the airflow will be almost the same as that shown in FIG. The amount of air blown into the room is reduced by the protruding baffle plate 8.

Further, for example, if only one of the mutually opposing baffle plates 8, 8 is made to stand upright, and the other mutually opposing baffle plate 8, 8 is folded down onto the blocking part 4, the airflow blown into the room will be erected. Air guide plate 8
In the parallel direction, the flow is similar to that shown in Figure 3,
In the direction perpendicular to this, the flow is similar to that shown in FIG.

In addition, by changing the number and inclination angle of the air guide plates 8 to be erected, by changing the direction of the air guide plates 8 to be lowered so as to be on the closed part 4 or above the air permeable part, or by appropriately combining these conditions, The direction and volume of air blown into the room can be varied and adjusted.

In the above embodiment, four air guide plates 8 were used, but if the direction and volume of the wind blowing into the room are assumed in advance, the air guide plates 8 may be changed to three, two, or one.
It is also possible to reduce the number to 1 piece.
