Blood pressure measurements are necessary depending on your physical condition and periodically to check for changes in blood pressure and monitor your health condition. If this were to be carried out, it would be extremely burdensome both in terms of time and money, not only for the sick and injured, but also for healthy people. On the other hand, since blood pressure measurement can be carried out relatively easily even by amateurs, recently, blood pressure measuring devices that can be easily used at home have been developed and are commercially available.

However, this type of general home blood pressure measuring device currently disclosed is the same as the conventional blood pressure measuring device used in hospitals (a rubber air bag called a cuff is wrapped around the upper arm, and the brachial artery Blood pressure is measured with a blood flow sound detector placed above the air bag.In other words, the brachial artery is temporarily occluded by feeding air into the air bag using a feeding device, and then the air bag is temporarily closed. This method lowers the internal pressure and detects the sound of blood flow. While the sound of blood flow is being detected, this is compared with the display sound or light and the pressure meter reading to determine the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. It is supposed to be confirmed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ventilation opening that is made of a flexible elastic material and that is airtightly connected at normal pressure to a pressure receiving part of a pressure meter that displays the pressure of introduced gas by displaying a mercury column or a pointer. The gist of the present invention is a blood pressure measuring probe characterized by having a hollow shape corresponding to the size of a blood vessel to be measured.

As shown in the drawing, the blood pressure measurement probe of the present invention configured as described above can measure the pressure caused by the introduced gas by displaying the mercury column or by using a pointer (
It is used by being installed in the pressure receiving part or pressure sensor part of a pressure meter that displays an analog (analog) or digital display, and is made of an elastic material that is flexible enough to restore its original shape and has a size corresponding to the blood vessel to be measured. Since it has a hollow shape of a certain size and is connected at normal pressure, changes in the compression pressure inside the probe are accurately and quickly transmitted to the pressure gauge, and the probe for blood pressure measurement can be easily transferred to the pressure gauge. It is now possible to accurately press and compress the outside of the blood vessel,
This compresses and occludes the radial artery and other blood vessels to be measured, and then, while gradually relaxing the compression force on the blood pressure measurement probe, the blood flow sound detector detects the blood flow sound. The detected blood flow sound is changed into a display means such as a buzzer to notify the user of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a blood pressure measurement probe 2 of the present invention, showing an example in which a soft rubber membrane is used as an elastic material capable of restoring its original shape. This has a hollow spherical shape that is slightly larger than the blood vessel to be measured (for example, the diameter of the radial artery is long), and a pressure meter P is attached to one end.

Fig. 2 is a diagram in which the measuring head 2 of the present invention is installed in a Tycos type blood pressure monitor, in which the pointer 3 indicates O at normal pressure, and Fig. 3 shows when the blood pressure monitor is pressed from the side wall of the blood vessel to be measured. The deformation of the measuring head 2 and the change of the pointer 3 are shown.

Therefore, by applying pressure to the measuring element 2 to deform it, pressure is applied to the electrical pressure sensor 6 through the gas inlet 1, and the pressure is displayed on the pressure display section 8 in digital or analog form. This method is not particularly limited as long as it is a known method.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a blood flow sound detector (microphone) attached to the tip of the measuring tip 2, which detects when the blood vessel compressed by the measuring tip 2 is occluded and then gradually weakens the pressure when the blood pressure is reached. It detects blood flow sounds during the lowest blood pressure and outputs electrical signals while this blood flow sound is occurring.

[Effects of the present invention] As is clear from the above description, the probe of the present invention can be easily and easily operated by simply applying the probe made of a flexible elastic material to the side wall of a blood vessel and operating it. It is capable of measuring blood pressure, does not require a conventional cuff (a rubber band wrapped around the upper arm), and therefore can measure blood pressure in blood vessels throughout the body with a small device. There is no difficulty in applying it accurately to the blood vessel. Therefore, anyone can easily measure blood pressure. In addition, blood vessel compression and blood flow sound measurement can be performed in a narrow range, and blood pressure can also be measured near the wrist, compared to conventional methods where blood pressure can only be measured near the upper arm. There is no longer any pressure on the blood vessels due to the sleeves of the costume being pulled up, which eliminates cases where blood pressure cannot be measured accurately.
