    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 情報記録又は再生用のデイスクを保持し、かつ
    軸を支点として一定方向に回動するデイスク受け
    皿と、このデイスク受け皿を収納しかつ上記デイ
    スク受け皿を外部に導く開口部を有するマガジン
    ラツク枠体と、上記デイスク受け皿の回動方向に
    移動自在となるように上記枠体に取付けられかつ
    常時上記デイスク受け皿に係合してデイスク受け
    皿の回動をロツクし移動時この係合を解除するス
    トツパ部材とを備えたマガジンラツクにおいて、
    上記ストツパ部材のロツク解除の移動時に上記デ
    イスク受け皿を開口部方向に押圧する押圧部をス
    トツパ部材に設けたことを特徴とするマガジンラ
    ツク。
