Claims (1)
- 固定部材と、回転部材と、該回転部材と前記固
定部材間で信号を伝達するためのロータリートラ
ンスとを有する回転装置であつて、前記ロータリ
ートランスの対向面の少なくとも一方のコイル溝
に非磁性材を埋設し、該非磁性材上に前記回転部
材の回転中心側から外側に向けて大きさの変化す
る溝が露光により形成されている感光材層を配し
たことを特徴とする回転装置。
