端を前記主電極に当接させ、前記コイル電極の円
弧部の終端と隣接する径方向腕部の間に設ける第
２の補強部材は、一端を前記円弧部に固着すると
共に他端を径方向腕部の主電極と反対側の面に当
接させるようにしたことを特徴とする真空バルブ
