本考案は、工作機械、産業用ロボツト等に利用
分野を有する往復動する箇所に用いられるボール
ベアリングのための潤滑方式、具体的にはボール
変向溝に潤滑剤を供給する溝を有する直線作動用

本考案の構成上の特徴は、ボールリターンキヤ

面へ向けて貫通孔を形成し、該貫通孔の内端から

し、符号5はこれと直交する軸線方向の潤滑剤供
給孔である。潤滑剤供給孔4にはベアリング本体
1の横方向側面に設けられた供給口6を介して潤
滑剤が注入される。潤滑剤は一般にはグリースで
あり、グリースニツプル7から注入されるもので
あるが、これに限定されるわけではない。符号8
はリターンキヤツプ2の中央部分に潤滑剤供給孔
5に対応する位置に設けられる貫通孔であり、こ
の貫通孔8の外端から第3図に示すように一対の
溝9,10がリターンキヤツプ2の外面に形成さ
れ、該供給溝9,10の端部には貫通孔11,1
2が設けられる。該貫通孔11,12の内端から
は第2図に示すように上側の一対のボール変向溝
17,19に向かつて溝13,15が、下側のボ
ール変向溝18,20に向かつて溝14,16が
夫々設けられている。従つて給油口6を介して注
入された潤滑剤はベアリング本体中に直交して設
けられた供給孔4,5を通過してリターンキヤツ
プ2に設けられた貫通孔8を通りシール板3に衝
突して横方向に進路を変更する。そして、夫々リ
ターンキヤツプ2に設けられた溝9,10を通過
し更に貫通孔11,12を径由し、更に二方向に
分かれて溝13,15から上側のボール変向溝1
7,19へ更に溝14,16を通つて下側のボー
ル変向溝18,20へと到達する。かくしてボー
ルの循環と共に潤滑剤が4つの軌道面へ給油され

うにすればより完全な潤滑剤の供給を行うことが
できる。以上の他にも各種の変形例が考えられる
ことは言うまでもない。また、第1図において軸
方向供給孔5を反対方向にも設けボールリターン
キヤツプ2′も同様の貫通孔及び溝を設けたもの
を使用すれば、潤滑剤の供給はより効果的に行わ
