ドラフトチユーブが変形し不具合を生ずることが
あつた。

考案の概要 上記目的を達成するため本考案は、ランナから

円周上複数個配置した水力機械のドラフトチユー
ブにおいて、フインを含む片と、フインを含まな
い片とに分割して形成するとともに、前記フイン
を含む片の不銹鋼板と、フインを含まない片の軟
鋼板とを交互に配置して一体形成したことを特徴
とするものである。

加工を行うことは材料の歩どまり率が悪く不経済
となる。このため平板に展開された扇形を第2図
に示すように複数個に分割して材料取りするのが
一般的である。そこで本考案はフイン2の取り付
け部に相当する分割片を不銹鋼板4とし、それ以
外を軟鋼板5で材料取りするようにし、各々の分
割片4および5を所定形状に曲げ加工後溶接にて
一体結合して円錐形状を形成し、その後フイン2
を所定の位置に取り付けてドラフトチユーブ1の
上部円錐部を製作するようにしたものである。
