ータと、 前記後段ラツチ回路でラツチされた前回データ
とカウンタからのカウント値とを比較して両者が
一致したときに一致信号を出力する第２コンパレ
ータと、 前記第１、第２コンパレータからの各一致信号
を共通に入力するイクスクリユーシブオア回路と
