構は、両端部にはめ込み用の穴を有するとともに
一端部が上記雄ピンにはめ込まれる雌ピンと、外
周面に雄ねじ部を有し上記カツプリングナツトに
ねじ込まれる筒状のハウジングと、雄ピンとハウ
ジングとの間に形成された空気層とを有すること
