ドル５の下方回動により荷台３を梃原理下に傾斜
自在ならしめ、更に荷台３が荷積載姿勢にあると
き前記ハンドル５を操縦時姿勢に保持する固定装
置９を解除自在に設けてなることを特徴とする歩
