外周にローレツトを刻設し、上刃板側のねじ孔周
囲に円形の凹所を形成し、且つ該凹所に凹所周縁
を設けると共に、上記凹所内には雄ねじに嵌合し
ているＯリングを内蔵して凹所周縁で係止してあ
り、刃板と雌ねじ間の雄ねじ外周には硬質プラス
チツク製のワツシヤーを嵌合して、その刃板側は
軸孔周縁を支持し雌ねじ側はＯリングに圧接して
