ケツトフレームに対向して平行に配設されると共
に両端がリンクを介してバスケツトフレームに連
結された移動プレートを設け、上記一方のリンク
に操作ピンを突設し、基端部が各バスケツトフレ
ームに回動自在に連結されると共に側縁に形成し
た複数の係合凹部のうちの一つが操作ピンに係合
してバスケツトフレームと移動プレートとの間の
バスケツト挿入口間隔を適宜に設定する調整レバ
ーを設け、洗壜機の適所に上記調整レバーを回動
させて操作ピンから係合凹部を離脱させる離脱手
段を設け、洗壜機の適所に係合凹部から離脱した
操作ピンを所定の係合凹部に対向する位置に案内
する案内手段を設けたことにあり、かかる構成に
よれば、バスケツト挿入口間隔の変更調整を簡単

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 両端が走行自在な一対の無端状チエンに連結
された多数のバスケツトフレームと、該各バスケ
ツトフレームに適当間隔ごとに配設された複数の
壜支持用ポケツトとを有する洗壜機において、上
記各バスケツトフレームに対向して平行に配設さ
れると共に両端がリンクを介してバスケツトフレ
ームに連結された移動プレートを設け、上記一方
のリンクに操作ピンを突設し、基端部が各バスケ
ツトフレームに回動自在に連結されると共に側縁
に形成した複数の係合凹部のうちの一つが操作ピ
ンに係合してバスケツトフレームと移動プレート
との間のバスケツト挿入口間隔を適宜に設定する
調整レバーを設け、洗壜機の適所に上記調整レバ
ーを回動させて操作ピンから係合凹部を離脱させ
る離脱手段を設け、洗壜機の適所に係合凹部から
離脱した操作ピンを所定の係合凹部に対向する位
置に案内する案内手段を設けたことを特徴とする
洗壜機におけるバスケツト挿入口間隔調整装置。
1. A bottle washer having a plurality of basket frames connected at both ends to a pair of endless chains that are freely movable, and a plurality of bottle supporting pockets arranged at appropriate intervals on each of the basket frames. A movable plate is disposed parallel to the basket frame, and both ends are connected to the basket frame via links.
