に注意を払う必要がある。

ンゴロスの場合は、吸水性があるので雨天作業
時、後のメンテナンス(天日干し、乾燥室へ入れ
ての乾燥)に多大の工数を要し、さらにドンゴロ
スの糸が線材に付着し需要家側での線引き加工に
支障をきたす(ダイスに糸が噛み込む)欠点があ
り、好ましくなかつた。また、コイル端面間にダ
ンボール紙やダンプレート等の緩衝材を挿入する
方法は、この場合も緩衝材がコイルに固定されて
いないため、輸送中の振動等で脱落し、線材保護
が不完全となる欠点があつた。

し、かつ該コイルを円周方向に囲繞し得る長さを
有する矩形の合成繊維布からなり、該布の長手方
向両端部に着脱可能な面フアスナを有し、さらに
巾方向両端縁にそれぞれ中央部で絞り結着可能な
合成繊維布絞り用ヒモまたはロープを装着してな
る梱包布を線材コイル外周に巻き付け、該梱包布
の両端部を前記面フアスナに止めるとともに、コ
イルの両開口端側で前記絞り用ヒモまたはロープ
を絞り結着することにより、コイル外周面および
コイル端面を被覆することを特徴とするものであ
る。

コイルを円周方向に囲繞し得る長さを有する。厚
みは特に限定するものではないが0.5〜3mm程度
である。この合成繊維布1−1の長手方向両端部
には、該布の両端部を着脱自在に結合するための
面フアスナ1−2を設けている。この面フアスナ
は図面では4組設けているが、その個数、大きさ
は特に限定するものではなく、所望の引張耐力が
得られるように設ける。また、この合成繊維布1
−1の巾方向両端縁には、それぞれ2本の合成繊
維布絞り用ヒモまたはロープ1−3を設けてい
る。このヒモまたはロープは布の中央部で絞り結
着できるように、一端を該布の長手方向両端部に
止めてあり、かつヒモまたはロープ全体を、布の
両側端縁に設けたヒモ通し部に通し、他端を布の
中央部に露出させている。

梱包布1をコイルの外周に巻付けその両端部を相
重ねて面フアスナ1−2で結合した後、コイル両
開口端側のヒモ又はロープ1−3を締め、該梱包
布でコイル端面が覆われたところで結着する。第
2図はこのようにしてコイル2を梱包した状態を
示すもので、コイル2は外周面および両端面が梱
包布1により完全に囲繞された状態となつてい
る。従つて、コイルの上にドンゴロスやビニール
シート等をかぶせなくても、またコイル端面間に
ダンプレート等の緩衝材を挿入しなくてもコイル
のすり疵、当て疵等をほぼ完全に防止することが
できる。また、梱包布1はコイル2と一体的に固
定されているので、その上に作業者が乗つても梱
包布は動くことがない上、輸送中の振動で剥離落
下することもない。第3図は梱包したコイルを段
積みした状態を示すが、この図からも明らかなご
とく、コイルの外周面および端面は完全に被覆さ
れた状態にあるため、コイルのどの部分がすれて
も当たつても、梱包布1が破損してコイル表面が
露出しない限りすり疵、当て疵が生ずるおそれは
ほとんどない。

ことができる。また、この発明に係る梱包布は、
作業性の面においても、前記したとおり中央部で
絞り結着可能に設けた2本の絞りヒモまたはロー
プを締めるだけで重合部が開くことなくコイルを
完全被覆することができ、また解梱の際は重合部
の面フアスナのみを外にして梱包布を左右に開く
ことによつて解梱することができるので、梱包お
よび解梱が容易で作業性にすぐれ、しかも吸水性
がなく、清潔なものであるため、使用後のメンテ
ナンスに工数を要することもなく、またドンゴロ
スのように糸くず等が付着するというような問題
もないため需要家側での線引き加工等に支障をき
たすこともない。さらに、この梱包布は繰返し使
用できるのでコストも安くつき経済的である。
