Claims (1)
光導体からなる導光ロツドと、この導光ロツドの
径よりも小径の先端開口を備えると共に、少なく
とも該導光ロツドの先端部を被うケースと、前記
導光ロツドの後端からの出力光を検知する光検知
部と、を有し、前記導光ロツドによつて導かれる
燃焼光の状態から前記光検知部を介して着火時期
を検出するための内燃機関の着火時期センサにお
いて、前記導光ロツドの先端と前記ケースの先端
との距離を0.5〜1.1mmとしてなる内燃機関
