ピーカー取付面に対して直角に形成されている第
１壁部及び該取付面と平行に形成されている第２
壁部より成る取付部材と、該取付部材の第２壁部
に形成されている切欠部と、スピーカーのフレー
ムの縁部と当接するリング部及び前記取付部材と
対応する位置に形成されていると共に弾性を有す
る取付用舌片とより構成されたブラケツトと、該
ブラケツトの取付用舌片に形成されていると共に
前記取付部材の第２壁部に形成されている切欠部
と係合する係合突起とより成り、前記ブラケツト
に設けられている取付用舌片に形成されている係
合突起と取付部材の第２壁部に形成されている切
欠部との係合及び取付用舌片の弾性力によつてス
ピーカーを前記キヤビネツトに取付固定するよう
