抵抗体をヒートパイプの吸熱部に取り付け、該抵
抗体全体を不燃性及び及び電気絶縁性を有する保
護カバーにて覆い、更にヒートパイプの放熱部を
前記送風ダクト内部若しくは該ダクト内に設けら
れたエバポレータに取り付けたことを特徴とする
