成する一方、ヒンジピン上部のヒンジピン挿通孔
挿入部分を下部のヒンジピン挿通孔挿入部分より
大径に形成すると共に、この上部と下部のヒンジ
ピン挿通孔挿入部分との間を先細りの形状とした
