Claims (1)
- 固定子の長手方向に沿う両側部それぞれに並行
に配置した突条を設け、一方の突条の内側面を可
動子の直進を規制する基準とし、可動子本体に固
定されるベアリング支持軸両端部において、可動
子本体の基準面側に位置するベアリングを上記可
動子本体との相対位置が不変となるように固定し
、他の側面に位置するベアリングをすきまばめに
よつて取付け、上記支持軸に固定されるベアリン
グ外側面は上記突条の基準面に、上記支持軸にす
きまばめされるベアリングの外側面は他方の突条
の内側面にそれぞれ沿わせて配置し、可動子本体
と上記すきまばめされたベアリングとの間に両者
の距離を増す方向に復元力を有する弾性体を介在
させたことを特徴するリニアパルスモータ。
