径のネジ穴加工には、下穴の穴明けとタップ立の2工程
を必要とした。その為、被加工物(以下ワークと呼称す
る)を先ず、下穴加工用の穴明は機械により下穴加工を
行い1次にタップ立加工用のネジ立機械でタップ立加工
を行う事を余儀なくされていたものである。もしも、こ
れを一挙動で行う争が出来れば、前記2種類の機械への
ワークの運搬、それぞれの機械へのワークの取り付け、
取り外し等に対する労賃や、運搬・取り付け・取り外し
等に使用する器具・装置等の費用、2種類の機械の代金
