止された複数の弁体と、前記第1および第2の本
体を貫通し、前記弁体に対応する位置にそれぞれ
弁座を形成して開口される入口流路および排気流
路と、前記第1または第2の本体を貫通して前記
弁体室に開口される出口流路とからなることを特
徴とする電歪素子を用いた弁。 (2) 前記電歪素子の一端に複数の前記弁体が固
定され、他端部が前記第1および第2の本体に挟
