Claims (1)
- 支持ローラと、被研磨対象物に対向するコンタ
クトホイールと、上記支持ローラ及びコンタクト
ホイールとに巻き掛けられていて、前記被研磨対
象物を研磨する無端の研磨帯と、前記コンタクト
ホイールを回転自在に支持するとともに前記被研
磨対象物への前記コンタクトホイールの押圧力を
一定に保つアクチユエータと、上記研磨帯に回転
自在に当接して前記研磨帯の張力を一定に保持す
るテンシヨンローラと、前記支持ローラ及びコン
タクトホイール及びテンシヨンローラのうち少く
とも一つに連結されて研磨帯を駆動させる駆動手
段とを備えていることを特徴とするベルトグライ
ンダ。
