た調温装置のジヤケツトの出口に、伝熱管の出口
をこのジヤケツトの入口にそれぞれ接続管を介し
て接続し、この接続管の途中に送液ポンプを設け
ると共に、伝熱管と接続管とジヤケツトとの内側
に、沸点が滅菌作業時に醗酵槽の内側を加熱する
温度以上である液状の熱媒体を充填して成る醗酵
