定され、外周側に外周リングを有するステータ羽
根車と、内部に充満されている作動油と、を備え
たトルクコンバータにおいて、 前記ステータ羽根車の外周リングを、ポンプコ
アとタービンコアとで囲まれるコア室の内部に突
出させた突出外周リングとし、該突出外周リング
の両側面を、前記ポンプコア及びタービンコアに
対して微小間隙を介して配置させたことを特徴と
