Claims

An iron core 1 formed by laminating a large number of iron plates, a winding 5 formed into a cylinder by winding a primary winding and a secondary winding in multiple layers, and a flat earth ground of the winding 5. It consists of a coil 3 that is molded by being stored in a coil case 6 together with a metal fitting 4 and fixed with a resin mold, and protrudes from the coil case 6 when the coil 3 is fitted and assembled to the iron core 1.
