充填する接着剤で固着するに当って上記装着窪みと窓ガ
ラス縁部との間に介挿され両者の間隙を被い隠す周縁モ
ールであって、上記窓ガラスと窓の開口縁部間に渡り上
記間隙を被う帯板状をなす主体と、この主体の下面略中
央部から垂下され前記接着剤中に突き入れられる脚部と
、この脚部から窓ガラスの縁部側と窓の前記装着窪みの
起上り壁側に向けて各延設される第1、第2の係止片と
を有してなる合成樹脂で一体に成形される自動車の窓ガ
ラス用周縁モールにおいて、 上記主体の下面から垂設される脚部は装着窪みに嵌め入
れられる窓ガラスの下面より深い位置に達する長さに形
成し、該脚部から延設される前記第1、第2の係止片の
それぞれを上記窓ガラスの下面より下の位置から延設せ
しめる一方、窓ガラスの縁部側に向けて突出す第1の係
止片は脚部との接続基端部に肉薄の屈曲ヒンジ部を設け
、また窓の装着窪みの起上り壁側に向けて突出す第2の
係止片は脚部から略直角状に突き出すようにしたことを
特徴とした自動車の窓ガラス用周縁モール。
