第１クラツチと、前記第２モータで回転される駆
動軸端に設けられ主軸ラム部材のアタツチメント
取り付け面に係合面を有する第２クラツチと、主
軸ラム部材の下端に設けられたバヨネツト方式で
着脱可能な機構を備えるアタツチメント結合部材
と、該アタツチメント結合部材により固着された
アタツチメント固定体に前記主軸軸心のまわりで
旋回可能に設けられたスイベルヘツドと、前記主
軸ラム部材の取り付け面の前記第１クラツチと係
合し該スイベルヘツドを旋回する第１歯車機構と
、前記スイベルヘツドの先端部で前記主軸軸心と
直角な旋回中心軸のまわりで旋回可能で且つ該旋
回中心軸と直角なアタツチメント主軸を有するチ
ルトヘツドと、主軸ラム部材の取り付け面の前記
第２クラツチと係合するチルトヘツドを旋回駆動
する第２歯車機構と、前記スイベルヘツドに設け
られ前記主軸のテーパ穴に嵌着され一連の歯車を
介して前記アタツチメント主軸を回転する主軸駆
動機構を備えてなり、スイベルヘツドの旋回によ
つて生ずるチルトヘツドの旋回をＮＣ駆動のチル
