替えるための切替装置と、前記売電の電力量と前
記所定の機器の電力量の和を計測する手段を設け
、前記電力量が第１の設定値を越えたとき前記切
替装置を前記蓄電池側に切替え、その後前記電力
量が第２の設定値以下となつたとき前記切替装置
を売電側に切替える制御装置を備えたことを特徴
