接続し、ガス戻り口を逆止弁を介して圧縮機の吸
入口に配管接続し、オイルフイルターを逆止弁と
圧縮機の吸入口との間に配管にキヤピラリーチユ
ーブを有するバイパス管にて接続してなるヘリウ
ム圧縮装置において、ガス戻り口と逆止弁との間
に配管にバツフアータンクを装設し、ヘリウムク
ーラとオイルフイルターとの間の配管を逆止弁と
圧縮機の吸入口との間の配管に設定圧力以上で開
となる圧力調整弁を備えたバイパス管にて接続し
