【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は部品木ネジ止め構造に係り、特にキヤ
ビネツト等の木製板にビラケツト等の部品を木ネ
ジを使用してネジ止めした構造において、木ネジ
のネジ込みによる木製板の体積増加の悪影響を受
けずに部品を精度良く取付けうるよう構成した部
品木ネジ止め構造を提供することを目的とする。

形を起こすことなくネジ止め固定される。なお、

出来、部品を不要に歪ませたり撓ませたりするこ
となくネジ止めすることが出来、また空間部は木
製板部側に形成してあるため、この空間部の存在
により木ネジの頭部を木製板部の表面より余分に
突出させることにはならず、木ネジをその頭部を
余分に突出させずにネジ止めすることが出来、こ
れにより頭部が邪魔になつたり、頭部を傷付けた
りする虞れも少なくし得、更には、筒状突部が座
ぐり部に嵌合することにより、ネジ止め前に特別
の位置出し治具を使用せずに部品を所定位置に保
持させることが出来、然して木ネジ止め作業を簡
単に行なうことが出来、且つ部品の取付位置精度
を良くすることが出来、しかも、木ネジと筒状突
部とは螺合していず単に嵌合しているだけである
ため、部品の木製板への押付力は木ネジの締付力
により得ることが出来、ねじ止め開始前より部品
を木製板に押し付けておく必要はなく、しかもね
じ止め途中で部品が木製板より浮いたりしても不
都合はなく、ねじ止め作業はし易いという特長を
有する。
