、前記熱交換手段によつて加熱された外気を前記
回転ドラム内へ導入するとともに回転ドラム内の
熱気を外部へ排出する送風手段と、前記回転ドラ
ムと前記送風手段とを設定された所定時間作動さ
せ、かつ、その所定時間終了の所望時間前に信号
を出力する第１タイマ手段と、上記所定時間が終
了するまで一定時間ごとに電動機を正転・逆転さ
せる回転方向制御手段と、前記信号によつて作動
し前記所望時間終了までの所望時間前記回転ドラ
ム内の熱気を外部に排出すべく前記送風手段を断
続作動させる第２タイマ手段とを具備したことを
