外側にビス９により取付けることにより、その横
辺先端に予め接着したクロロプレンゴム製水密材
１０を外壁面１へ圧接し、最後に面付水切板８の
横辺先端と外壁面１間にシリコンシール材１１を
充填している。ところが、外観にビス９の頭が現
われるため、建物の美観を損ねるという問題を有

２は、逆Ｌ形片１２ａの横辺先端に逆Ｌ形被係合

辺下端にばね片１２ｃを屋外側に向け一体突設し
たもので、逆Ｌ形被係合片１２ｂの裏面には予め
クロロプレン製水密材１０′を接着しておき、逆
Ｌ形片１２ａの縦辺を下地桟５にビス９により固
定することにより、水密材１０′を外壁面１に圧
接させる。一方、面付水切カバー１３は、略逆Ｌ
形片１３ａの横辺先端を下方に折曲して係合片１
３ｂを形成するとともに、縦辺下端を裏面へ折返
してばね片１３ｃを形成したもので、係合片１３
ｂを被係合片１２ｂに係合させた状態で、面付水
切カバー１３の下部を外壁面１側に押し付けるよ
うにして、そのばね片１３ｃをばね１２ｃに弾性
係合させて取付ける。なお、シリコンシール材１
１′は、面付水切カバー１３を面付水切下地１２
に冠着したのち、最後に面付水切カバー１３の上
端と外壁面１間に充填する。その他の構成および
