PURPOSE:To permit welding without causing wrinkles, folded welding and missed welding by an apparatus wherein a plurality of sheets placed one upon another are passed between a rotary roller having a number of pressed bosses over the entire surface and a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators axially arrayed in a special fashion. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 3 are axially arrayed along the roll surface of a rotary roll 2 having a number of pressed bosses thereon, and a number of sheet-like materials 4, 5 placed one above another are inserted for transfer between an action surface 3a of the vibrators 3 and the pressed bosses 1 of the roll 2. に形成し、その斜角αが好ましくは約70゜である
ことを特徴とする。

不要になり、従つて溶接作用部の機構がいちじる
しく簡単になつた。
