    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底部にオイルの貯溜されたオイル溜を有する密
    閉容器内に電動要素を上側に、圧縮要素を下側に
    夫々収納し、前記電動要素は固定子と、回転子と
    を備え、前記固定子と回転子との間にはエアギヤ
    ツプが形成され、かつ、固定子の外周には通路が
    形成されている密閉型圧縮機において、前記通路
    はオイル戻し用の通路とし、かつ、前記エアギヤ
    ツプには圧縮要素の吐出口が連通されていること
    を特徴とする密閉型圧縮機の油戻装置。
