ト高となる欠点があった。Problems to be Solved by the Prior Art and the Invention Such an automatic seat belt attachment/detachment device slides a drive cable through a guide tube having an axial open groove disposed along a door opening of an automobile body. A connector that is inserted freely through the connector and whose base end is connected to a drive drum installed at the lower end of the rear part of the door opening, and has a protrusion at the distal end of the drive cable that protrudes outward through the open groove of the guide tube. Attach the cam and the cam at a predetermined distance from each other, and attach the seam 1 to the protrusion of this connector.
Connect the tip of the seat belt 1 unwound from the winding device to the seat bell 1 attached to the seat belt 1 attached to the seat belt 1 attached to the seat belt 1. The structure has a connecting device installed near the guide tube,
When the user sits on the seat, the drive drum winds up the drive cable, causing the tip of the seat bell 1- to travel toward the rear of the door opening and reach the coupling device, and at this time, the coupling device is activated by engagement with the cam. As a result, the tip of the seat belt is irremovably connected to this coupling device, and when the driver gets out of the vehicle, the drive drum sends out the drive cable, which engages the cam and releases the connection of the tip of the seat belt by the coupling device. The tip of the seat belt travels to the side of the door opening and waits, but in the past, when attaching the connector and cam to the tip of the drive cable, the tip of the cable was A connector and a cam are fitted inside two metal fittings which are caulked together at a predetermined distance from each other, and a number of sliding rings are fitted between them with a suitable amount of play adjacent to each other. However, the portion of the drive cable between the connector and the cam was designed to bend freely when traveling through the bent portion of the guide tube at the corner of the door opening, and to prevent buckling due to push loads. Since it is difficult to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each sliding ring fitted between the connector and the cam, the amount of play in the axial direction varies, and if this amount of play is small, The drive cable can only be bent with a large radius of curvature, so if it is forced to bend at the bent part of the guide tube, the sliding resistance will be excessive, and conversely, if the amount of play is too large, the drive cable will be pushed. It bends under the action of the load, and the separation distance between the connector and the cam changes greatly between when a push load is applied and when a pull load is applied, making the operation of the cam connected and attached unstable, and the seat belt This may result in poor connection between the tip and the coupling device or failure to release the connection.Furthermore, it takes time and effort to fit the sliding ring between the connector and the cam, resulting in poor work efficiency and high costs. There was a drawback.

After securing metal fittings by crimping to the outer periphery corresponding to the connector and cam at the tip of the drive cable, a holding pin has molded holes for the connector, cam and each sliding ring, and presses down both metal fittings from both sides respectively. and the connector,
By fitting the cam and each sliding ring into a mold having a support ring that supports the outer periphery of the drive cable with a slight gap between adjacent parts thereof, and press-fitting a molten synthetic resin into the mold, The connector, the cam, and each sliding ring are integrally formed at the tip of the drive cable.

Assembling can be done quickly, and the dimensional accuracy of the distance between the connector and cam is high, so there is no variation between products, and the tip of the drive cable is held in the mold. However, the metal fittings fixed to the drive cable are held down by the holding pins, and the outer periphery of the driving cable between the two fittings is supported by each support ring with a small gap, so that the drive cable does not need to be held down by the holding pins or supports. This has the effect of preventing wire breakage due to being pressed by the ring.

These molds 16.16 are formed with the molding holes 6a, 7a, and 15a for the connector 6, cam 7, and each sliding ring 15, respectively. The inner periphery of the partition wall at the mutually adjacent portions of these forming holes corresponds to the outer periphery of the wire 2 with a slight gap of 0.1+nm or less, and as shown in FIG.
In addition, on the inner surfaces of the molded holes 6a and 7a of the connector 6 and cam 7, there are presser pins 6b that press down the metal fittings 5.5 from both sides, respectively.
, 7b are formed, and the wire 2 is fitted into one of the molds 16 with both of the fittings 5.5 corresponding to the holding pins 6b and 7b, respectively, and then the other mold 16 is fitted and tightened. , by press-fitting molten synthetic resin into the mold 16 from an injection port (not shown) of the mold 16, each support ring 17 is
Each molding hole 6a, 7a, and 15a is filled with synthetic resin through the gap formed between the adjacent strands 4 of the wire 2, and both ends of the wire 2 are Since it is held down by the holding pins 6b and 7b and the outer periphery is supported by each support ring 17 at the center, the axis is prevented from shifting due to the pressure of the synthetic resin being press-fitted, and this prevents the connector from shifting. 6 and cam 7 , and each sliding ring 15 is formed concentrically around the wire 2 .

In such a case, the inner diameter of each support ring 17 of the mold 16 may be slightly increased so that there is a zero gap between the support ring 17 and the outer circumference of the wire 2.
