円周面を備えた半径の等しい２個の回転体を、相
互にその円周面を接触させた状態で流体通路の両
側にしかも該流体通路の通路方向に対して略直交
する方向に配列し、さらに上記２個の回転体を相
互に逆位相で回転させるようにしたことを特徴と
