Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 可燃物の混入する廃砂を焙焼する流動床焙焼
    炉１に隔壁１１を境にして内部に伝熱管１７，１
    ８を備えた砂冷却室１０を設けて、前記隔壁１１
    の上部で流動砂が流動床焙焼炉１から砂冷却室１
    ０へ流入可能とし、伝熱管１７，１８は隔壁１１
    の上端部より低い位置に設けて、伝熱管全体が常
    に砂層中に埋没するようにし、さらに焙焼炉１と
    砂冷却室１０の上部は共通の連通空間とすると共
    に、砂冷却室１０の伝熱管を通して高温砂と熱交
    換した燃焼空気を焙焼炉１の流動空気とする流動
    空気ダクト６を設けたことを特徴とする廃砂再生
    装置。 ２ 前記砂冷却室１０が、その内部流動状態を最
    低流動化速度Ｕｍｆの１〜５倍の範囲に保たれて
    操作されるように砂冷却室１０への空気ダクト１
    ５にダンパ２２を備えているものである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の廃砂再生装置。 ３ 前記焙焼炉１が、その底部に風箱５を有して
    いるものであつて、該風箱５に連結した流動空気
    ダクト６を、前記砂冷却室１０で熱交換した空気
    を導入する排ガスダクト部９にある空気予熱器２
    ０に連結配備されているものである実用新案登録
